Your ability to communicate effectively in Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, or Gujarati will be a key advantage in connecting with our diverse customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
** Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers;
** Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid communication and persuasion skills;
** Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products or services;
** Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure repeat business;
** Manage customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and empathy;
** Keep detailed records of calls and sales activities in the system.
Requirements:
** Proven experience as a tele-caller, customer service representative, or in a sales-related role;
** Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, preferably over the phone;
** Strong ability to learn and explain product/service details clearly to prospects;
** Languages: Fluency in English and Hindi or Telugu or Kannada, or Gujarati;
** Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills;
** Calm, patient, and resilient when handling objections or rejection;
** Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities;
** 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
Salary: 1700 GEL for freshers
Negotiable for candidates speaking Regional Languages.
