A developer company Loft Towers is seeking a Marketing Manager and Arabic Speaking Sales Manager
1) Marketing Manager - Batumi
Main Responsibilities:
** Develop and implement marketing strategies.
** Manage a small marketing team, providing mentorship and support.
** Actively collaborate with sales, product development teams, and top management to understand business needs and develop marketing plans that drive revenue growth and client acquisition.
** Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including digital content, print materials, presentations, and advertisements; ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
** Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to improve marketing vision and approaches.
** Manage the company`s online presence and digital marketing channels, including the website, social media, email campaigns, and paid advertising to maximize reach and engagement with corporate clients.
** Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including corporate clients, industry partners, and suppliers; ensure all marketing activities comply with regulatory requirements and ethical standards, while supporting the company`s reputation and business growth.
Qualifications:
** Education: Bachelor`s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master`s degree is a plus.
** Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing within the real estate/development sector, including at least 2 years in a managerial position.
** Languages: Fluent in Georgian; English at a minimum C1-Advanced level; Russian at B2-Upper Intermediate level.
** Technical Knowledge & Skills: Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies, preferably in banking/finance; advanced knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including website CMS, email marketing software, social media management tools, and analytics platforms; knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to marketing in the construction industry.

2) Arabic Speaking Sales Manager - Batumi.
Key Responsibilities:
** Present and offer real estate to local and international clients.
** Conduct negotiations with clients.
** Analyze the market and implement sales strategies.
** Manage the entire sales process.
** Register and update information in the CRM system.
** Work actively with leads provided by the company and maintain communication with them.
** Additionally, search for clients through various real estate platforms and online channels.
Requirements:
** Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
** Strong communication and negotiation skills.
** Must be able to communicate in English; knowledge of Russian and Georgian is a plus.
** Result-oriented and self-motivated.
** Ability to work in a team.
