About the Role:
Are you a highly organized, proactive, and ambitious individual eager to dive into the world of growth marketing? A Senior Growth Marketer & Account Director is looking for a reliable "Support Buddy" to be their right-hand person.
This is a unique opportunity for a student or recent graduate to gain invaluable, hands-on experience in a fast-paced marketing agency environment. You will be at the heart of our projects, ensuring seamless execution and communication across the team. More than just a job, this is a mentorship. You will get first-hand experience with cutting-edge AI marketing tools, and receive support to balance your university schedule.
What You`ll Do (Your Responsibilities):
As a Marketing Support Buddy, you will be the organizational backbone of our most valuable projects, helping to bring our growth marketing strategies to life. Your key responsibilities will include:
** Project Coordination: Manage and allocate daily tasks using project management tools like ClickUp or Asana to ensure the team is aligned and deadlines are met.
** Team Collaboration: Act as a key communication link between the content, design, and advertising teams to ensure all campaign assets are created and delivered on time.
** Administrative Excellence: Prepare and manage invoices, organize client contracts, and maintain our company drive, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and shared with our accounting team.
** Campaign Support: Help in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, from initial brainstorming to launch and monitoring.
** Content & Visuals: Collaborate closely with designers and content creators to ensure all visual and written materials meet project requirements and brand guidelines.
** Embrace Innovation: Get hands-on experience using the latest AI tools in marketing to help us optimize our campaigns and workflows.
Who We`re Looking For (Qualities & Qualifications):
** A student or recent graduate with a passion for marketing, communications, or business.
** Extremely organized with a keen eye for detail - you love to-do lists and getting things done.
** An excellent communicator, both written and verbal, in Georgian and English
** Proactive and eager to learn; you`re not afraid to ask questions and take initiative.
** A natural team player who enjoys collaborating with others.
** Familiarity with tools like Google Drive, Slack, and an interest in learning project management software (ClickUp/Asana) is highly desirable.
** A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
