What You`ll Do:

** Drive B2B sales across ICT products and services, including software, hardware, and managed solutions
** Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities s through networking, , and strategic partnerships
** Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
** Maintain a deep understanding of the company`s service offerings, technology partner ecosystems, and the competitive landscape.
** Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned revenue and gross profit targets.
** Lead the entire sales lifecycle, from initial engagement and needs analysis through solution presentation, negotiation, and closing complex, multi-year integration contracts.
** Build and maintain executive-level, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders (C-Suite, IT Directors, etc.) to position the company as a trusted strategic advisor.
** Conduct consultative sales conversations to uncover and articulate the client`s business drivers and technology needs, translating them into integration projects and solutions.
** Act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
** Maintain accurate and timely sales pipeline records, forecasts, and reports using the company`s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
** Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations with confidence and clarityProvide market feedback and insights to the leadership team regarding client needs, product gaps, and competitor activities to help inform overall business strategy.
** Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve
** Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets with relentless focus

What We`re Looking For:

** Proactive and ambitious individual who thrives on action
** Proven experience in B2B IT Solutions, Professional Services, or Systems Integration. (minimum 2-3 years in a similar role)
** Strong understanding and/or experience in Sales of Cloud Computing, Network Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, systems integration, and Digital Transformation.
** Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
** Self-motivated, organized, and driven by results
** Fluent in Georgian and English; other languages are a plus
** Bachelor`s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
