Position Summary:
The Senior HR Specialist (Contract) at Bloomex will focus on driving our short-term recruitment initiatives, with a primary emphasis on identifying, interviewing, and hiring top marketing talent within the Tbilisi region.
This contract role is designed to support immediate hiring needs over a 2-3 month period, ensuring we build the right team to execute our marketing growth plans.
Key Responsibilities:
** Talent Identification: Source and engage qualified candidates through targeted outreach, networking, and recruitment tools.
** Interviewing: Lead the interview process, assessing candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit.
** Hiring: Manage end-to-end hiring processes, from shortlisting to final offer, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company objectives.
** Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and HR leadership to understand hiring needs and ensure timely staffing of key roles.
** Candidate Experience: Provide clear communication and support throughout the recruitment cycle to ensure a positive experience.
Qualifications and Skills:
** Proven experience in recruitment or HR, ideally within marketing or related sectors.
** Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
** Knowledge of the Tbilisi job market and ability to engage both active and passive candidates.
** Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
** Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously under tight timelines.
