We are looking for a young, energetic, and eager-to-learn assistant to support our corporate housing operations and real estate activities in Tbilisi. This is a hybrid position — some days in the office, some days working from home, some days doing showings in the city. You`ll work directly with the business owner and gain hands-on experience in property coordination, relocation assistance, and real estate research.
Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Housing/Relocation:
** Coordinate check-ins and key handovers for employees in company apartments
** Assist with orientation for new arrivals (utilities, SIM cards, local transport, nearby services)
** Communicate with landlords, service providers, and contractors for minor repairs or cleaning
** Maintain and update Google Sheets with property and owner information
** Compile monthly service reports
Real Estate Support:
** Research and compile potential property listings (sales and rentals)
** Maintain and update internal databases of listings and contacts
** Help schedule viewings or inspections
** Assist with simple marketing tasks (posting listings, social media updates)
General Admin
** Answer routine inquiries (phone, email, WhatsApp)
** Keep digital files, documents, and spreadsheets organised
** Run occasional errands or source items for apartments
Qualifications & Skills:
** Bilingual: Fluent Georgian + good English (spoken & written). Russian is a plus.
** Tech-savvy: Comfortable with Google Sheets, Docs, email, messaging apps; social media familiarity a plus.
** Organised & reliable: Can handle multiple tasks and follow up without constant supervision.
** People skills: Polite, professional, and confident when dealing with landlords, suppliers, and new arrivals.
** Driver`s license (optional but helpful).
Requirements:
** Young, energetic, and eager to learn — open to training and feedback
** Positive attitude; doesn`t assume they "know everything"
** Available part-time (flexible hours) with some office days in Tbilisi and some remote work
** Able to respond promptly to urgent matters if needed
** Good presentation and communication skills
Compensation:
** Competitive part-time salary based on experience (1500 lari per month for full time + bonuses + commission)
** Opportunity to grow into a full-time role with increased responsibilities and pay as the business expands
Schedule:
** Approx. 20-40 hours per week
** Hybrid: Office days (Avchala) + remote work days
** Flexible scheduling with advance notice
