In this role, you`ll build strong relationships with VIP customers, create exclusive offers, and design loyalty strategies that keep our players engaged and appreciated. What You`ll Do
** Build and maintain personal relationships with VIP players to enhance their gaming experience.
** Organize special offers, bonuses, and promotions tailored to VIP customers.
** Manage the VIP program and develop strategies to grow player loyalty.
** Analyze player behavior and implement activities to boost engagement.
What We`re Looking For
** Fluent English (B2+/C1); knowledge of other languages is a strong advantage.
** Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
** Motivated, fast learner with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
** Previous experience in the casino or iGaming industry is preferred.
** Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
