About the Job
Job Type: full-time (Monday-Friday, 10:00 am-19:00 pm)
Work Model: on-site (Tbilisi, Ivane Javakhishvili Square N1)
Reports to: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Key Responsibilities:
** This position plays a crucial role in preparing financial reports, supporting the company`s decision-making processes, and working closely with various departments to ensure seamless communication and reporting.
** Preparing monthly financial statements, including the Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement, and Cash Flow Statements.
** Participating in the preparation of budgets and periodic cash flow forecasts.
** Reviewing and analyzing sales reports, providing insights and updates to the CFO and CEO regarding potential price adjustments in ongoing projects.
** Preparing managerial reports based on requests from the management team.
** Providing requested reports and information to banks and other financial institutions.
** Collaborating and working closely with other departments to gather necessary data for accurate reporting.
** File the annual financial statements on the Saras.gov portal in accordance with the applicable company category requirements
Main Requirements:
** A degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting from a recognized university
** Minimum 2 years of experience in reporting or a related financial role
** Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial modeling
** Solid knowledge of IFRS standards
** Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
** Good communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders
** Detail-orientedness
** Experience in a Big Four company is a significant plus
