Company Synchronic is a young IT company. Our key areas include the development and implementation of various online projects, their design and promotion, as well as providing customer service. We are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist (English language) to join our team.

The position requires full-time office work (no remote or hybrid format available).

Qualification Requirements:

** English language proficiency at B2 level;
** Experienced PC user; preferably with administrative skills (Windows);
** Work experience: preferably 1 year or more.

Personal qualities:

** Time management, responsibility;
** Adaptability, goal-oriented mindset.

Your regular tasks would be:

** Working with English-language chats/emails, checking them for accuracy, correctness, and grammar;
** Listening to phone calls from relevant departments;
** Preparing reports on completed checks;
** Meeting qualitative and quantitative performance indicators;
** Transferring information to relevant departments and compiling reports.

** Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday; 10:00 AM — 7:00 PM (45 min — lunch, 15 min — breaks);
