An International Logistics Company is looking for a results-driven Branch Manager (Director level) to lead operations, grow the business, and inspire a high-performing team. Responsibilities include:
** Overseeing daily branch operations across ocean, air, road, and warehousing logistics.
** Managing full P&L responsibility, driving revenue growth and cost optimization.
** Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team across operations, sales, and customer service.
** Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, carriers, and vendors.
** Developing business strategies to expand market share and strengthen competitive positioning.
** Ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, customs laws, and safety standards.
** Monitoring KPIs, driving process improvements, and ensuring service excellence.
** Negotiating service agreements, freight rates, and long-term contracts.
** Preparing and presenting regular reports on financials, performance, and market trends.
** Coordinating with regional and global teams to align with corporate goals.
About You:
** 8-10+ years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain management.
** Proven track record in P&L management and business development.
** Strong leadership and people management skills with ability to inspire teams.
** Excellent knowledge of international logistics operations (Ocean, Air, FCL/LCL, FTL/LTL, Warehousing).
** Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
** Ability to analyze data, interpret KPIs, and implement improvement strategies.
** Proficiency in logistics systems (1C will be considered an advantage).
** Fluent in Georgian, English, and Russian.
