Role Overview:

The Admin Assistant, Venue & Entertainment Bookings will be responsible for securing venues and coordinating entertainment acts for events. This role requires strong communication and organization to ensure smooth scheduling and successful event delivery.

Responsibilities:

** Research and secure venues for upcoming events.
** Communicate and negotiate with entertainment acts (musicians, DJs, performers).
** Prepare booking confirmations, contracts, and schedules.
** Maintain updated calendars for venues and entertainment.
** Provide administrative support during event planning and execution.

Requirements:

** Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
** Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
** Experience in event coordination or administration is an advantage.
** Comfortable working with contracts and bookings.
** Proficiency in Google Docs/Sheets or similar tools.
