Myway Airlines is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Banker.
Location: Georgia, Tbilisi Hualing Plaza
Employment Type:Full-time 10:00 18:00
1. Fund Transactions and Daily Settlements:
** Handle all types of company payments and collections, including fuel, spare parts, leasing fees, route charges, airport fees, maintenance costs, hotels, and crew expenses;
** Execute payment instructions with domestic and international banks, ensuring timely and accurate fund transfers;
** Process foreign currency receipts and payments as well as foreign exchange settlements, ensuring compliance with cross-border payment regulations;
** Collect and reconcile ticket sales revenue, charter payments, and ACMI rental income on time;
** Record and upload daily bank transactions into the FMG system to ensure complete and accurate financial records.
2. Bank Account and Cash Management:
** Manage the opening, modification, and closing of company bank accounts;
** Perform daily reconciliations, verifying bank statements against company financial system balances to ensure data consistency;
** Manage petty cash and travel expense disbursements and reimbursements;
** Ensure fund security and prevent misappropriation or irregular operations.
3. Documents and Voucher Management:
** Safekeep bank slips, checks, bills of exchange, and other financial documents;
** Prepare and transfer payment vouchers in accordance with regulations, ensuring procedures are complete and data is accurate;
** Assist accountants with daily bookkeeping to ensure consistency between vouchers and bank statements.
4. Fund Reporting:
** Submit daily fund reports, bank balance statements, and foreign exchange income and expenditure reports;
** Monitor account balances to ensure sufficient funds and rational allocation.
5. Compliance and Communication:
** Comply with banking and foreign exchange regulations to ensure lawful and compliant fund operations;
** Communicate with banks, airline partners, and the Finance Manager regarding payment, balances, and reconciliation matters;
** Cooperate with audit, tax, and regulatory inspections by providing relevant bank statements and financial records.
6. Other Responsibilities:
** Handle ad hoc settlement tasks assigned by management;
** Assist the Finance Manager or Finance Director in optimizing fund management processes;
** Continuously improve professional skills, and be proficient in online banking systems, financial software, and Excel.
