We are looking for a bright Mixologist who is always on the lookout for new beverage trends.
Your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
** Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails and drinks with precision and consistency
** Participate in creation of new and exciting cocktail recipes to enhance our bar menu
** Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, offering personalized drink recommendations
** Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar at all times
** Ensure all drinks meet high standards of quality, presentation, and hygiene
** Support the team during special events, promotions, and menu updates
** Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
** Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
Requirements:
** Previous bartending experience
** Positive outlook and outgoing personality
** Great storytelling skills
** Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
** Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
** Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team
** Good command of Georgian and English languages. any additional language is a plus
