Absheron Hotel Group is looking for an experienced and visionary hospitality leader to drive the performance, growth, and strategic development of our international portfolio. This role combines direct General Manager responsibility for the Art Hotel Tbilisi with oversight of Allium Bodrum (Türkiye) and Portonovi (Montenegro), reporting directly to the Group CEO.
Position: Managing Director (International Hotels)
Key Responsibilities:
** Lead and execute the international hotel strategy in line with Group goals.
** Drive revenue, EBITDA, RevPAR and long-term value growth across all international properties.
** Oversee business planning, CapEx, and performance monitoring to ensure operational and financial excellence.
** Guide and support property General Managers, fostering alignment, consistency, and service excellence.
** Build strong cross-border leadership teams, ensuring talent mobility and succession pipelines.
** Lead the pre-opening and market positioning of Art Hotel Tbilisi and drive synergies across all properties.
** Identify new markets, partnerships, and growth opportunities aligned with the Group`s expansion agenda.
** Uphold sustainability, governance, and brand compliance across Georgia, Türkiye, and Montenegro.
Requirements:
** Extensive senior hotel leadership experience, ideally across multi-property or regional portfolios.
** Proven track record in delivering strong financial and operational results.
** Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and cross-cultural communication skills.
** Strong commercial and financial acumen (EBITDA, RevPAR, ROI, CapEx).
** Fluency in English required; Georgian, Russian and/or Turkish preferred.
** Willingness to travel frequently between Georgia, Türkiye, and Montenegro.
