Responsibilities:

** Lead and manage a team of 10 IT Recruiters, ensuring high-quality delivery of international recruitment processes.
** Stay actively involved in sourcing and recruitment when necessary to support the team and ensure client success.
** Conduct kick-off calls with global clients together with the sales team to align on requirements, timelines, and recruitment strategy.
** Maintain regular update status calls with clients, providing transparent progress reports and addressing any challenges.
** Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth client onboarding and strong partnerships.
** Hold regular/weekly calls with the CEO to provide comprehensive updates on team performance, client status, and recruitment progress.
** Coach, mentor, and develop recruiters, fostering professional growth and improving team performance.
** Ensure accurate and consistent use of the candidate database, ATS, and reporting tools.

Required Qualifications:

** Minimum 3 years of experience in tech/IT recruitment, with ideally at least 6 months in a leadership/managerial role.
** Solid knowledge of IT terminology, tech stacks, and industry trends, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical candidates and clients.
** Fluent English (both written and spoken); proficiency in other languages is considered a plus.
** Bachelor`s or Master`s degree in Business, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
** Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate recruitment teams while maintaining high performance and morale.
** Strong client management skills with a track record of building and sustaining long-term relationships.
** Good organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients, roles, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
** Highly proactive, with problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate challenges.
** Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in candidate evaluation, reporting, and communication.
** Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets).
