Your Role: Group, Meetings & Events (GME) Manager
We`re looking for a dynamic GME Manager to lead our events team, drive revenue, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
** Hospitality Excellence: Oversee the entire event lifecycle — from initial inquiry to contract signing — ensuring flawless execution at the highest standards.
** Commercial Strategy: Convert incoming requests into confirmed bookings, forecast room and catering demand, and develop strategies to meet targets. Prepare and monitor departmental reports. Collaborate closely with the proactive sales team and identify new business opportunities.
** Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and support team members. Foster professional growth, set clear goals, and guide the team in achieving them.
What You`ll Bring:
** Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality sales or guest-facing roles, including at least 2 years in a leadership position
** Proficiency in Opera PMS; experience in event planning or catering is a plus
** Strong leadership, communication, sales, and negotiation skills
** Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail
** Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
