Molecular Processing Solutions is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Equipment Sales Manager.

Molecular Processing Solutions is a global leader in the manufacture of beverage equipment, owner of the patented SubCarb® technology. We are doing unique projects to reduce energy consumption and CO₂ emissions in the production of carbonated drinks.
Our green technology is exported all over the world. Among the clients are Coca—Cola and PepsiCo in most countries of the world, as well as leading producers of the CIS and the Russian Federation: Aqualine, Leader, Bochkari, EMB, Ochakovo, Lid Beer, RG Brands, Alika and others.

We are looking for a professional who sells results rather than presentations, understands the industry and wants to earn money in a strong, growth-oriented team.

Important:

We are not looking for "any salesperson". We are looking for an effective, self-disciplined expert with industry expertise and a clear focus on results. You can live in any country if you are ready to work according to the schedule 10.00 - 19.00 (Moscow time.time).

Welcome to the Molecular Processing Solutions team!

What needs to be done:

** Active sales of complex B2B equipment: calculations, negotiations, correspondence, Zoom/meetings
** Complete client management — from the first touch to the act of completed work
** Implementation of the sales plan and KPIs
** Trips to the CIS countries to build and maintain relations with the LPR

Who we are looking for:

** At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales of equipment, raw materials or supplies to manufacturers of carbonated drinks is a must
** A personal database of personal information and real contacts at enterprises producing carbonated water and beverages is a must
** Experience in sales of technically complex equipment with a long transaction cycle (3-6 months).
** Remote independent work experience (planning, CRM, reporting)
** Readiness for business trips (CIS): 1-2 times a month + several times a year - participation in industry exhibitions.
** Higher technical or economic education (GPA > 4.0);
** Excellent knowledge of Bitrix24, ability to follow business processes;
** Systems thinking, technical literacy, high personal responsibility.
** The experience of opening new markets or launching a product into a new segment is a plus
