PersonAIzer is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Backend Developer (ASP.NET Core).
PersonAIzer is a newborn startup building an avatar hosting platform for businesses, Unity, and Unreal. Our goal is to enable natural, low-latency conversations with 3D avatars. We are a small, ambitious team creating developer-friendly solutions that grow with the company.
We are looking for a motivated Intermediate Backend Developer to take ownership of the backend infrastructure, building it almost from scratch, and help deliver robust, secure, and scalable systems.
Your responsibilities:
** Build secure ASP.NET Core Minimal APIs for sessions, authentication, billing, and data management;
** Implement and evaluate real-time transports (WebRTC, WebSockets, WebTransport, gRPC, or others in discussion with the team);
** Manage data streams (text, audio, video) and integrate databases (SQL and others);
** Ensure backend security: JWT/OAuth2, secrets, rate limiting;
** Design with scalability in mind using Docker and Azure services (App Service, Key Vault, Storage, Container Apps/Kubernetes);
** Provide clean APIs for frontend and SDK integration (React, Unity, Unreal);
** Use Git/GitHub for collaboration, workflows, and CI/CD pipelines;
** Write clean, well-documented C# code with strong OOP principles.
What we are looking for (Other Strong Requirements!):
** 2+ years hands-on experience with C# / ASP.NET Core;
** Strong knowledge of OOP and ability to write clean, maintainable code;
** Experience with sessions, authentication, and relational databases;
** Basic knowledge of real-time protocols (WebSockets, WebRTC, etc.);
** Familiarity with GitHub workflows and CI/CD;
** Ability to communicate clearly and work in a small startup team.
