We are expanding our team and currently looking for a Head of Marketing to join us.
Location: Tbilisi, Georgia
Responsibilities/Duties:
** Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
** Lead, mentor, and grow the marketing team.
** Drive brand awareness and positioning across multiple channels, including digital, social media, PR, and community platforms.
** Collaborate with product, sales, and design teams to deliver cohesive campaigns and initiatives.
** Oversee content creation, thought leadership, and educational campaigns to enhance community engagement.
** Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and user behavior to inform strategy.
** Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
** Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using key metrics.
Requirements:
** Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, with proven expertise in strategy development, lead generation, and cross-functional collaboration.
** Hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, social media, and community engagement, with a track record of building strategies that drive growth and connect with audiences.
** Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage projects and inspire teams.
** Comfortable working with data, analyzing performance and using insights to optimize campaigns.
** Experience running global marketing initiatives, understanding crypto regulations, and a genuine passion for blockchain and emerging technologies.
** Working proficiency in English and Russian
Working Conditions:
** Working schedule: 10:00-19:00, Monday-Friday
** Working Place: Tbilisi, Georgia
** Salary: Competitive, depending on experience.
