Casino International at Hilton Batumi is opening a vacancy on the position of Financial Manager.

Job Summary: The Financial Manager is in charge of overseeing and directing the financial operations of a casino. Including budgeting, financial reporting, auditing, and regulatory compliance.

Manager`s Responsibilities & Essential Duties:

** Effectively analyzes, investigates, resolves and recommends action for financial improvements and resolution;
** Analyzes costs, pricing, variable contributions, gaming results and the company`s actual performance compared to the business plans;
** Monitors the day-to-day finance and accounts operations within the company;
** Ensures that all financial transactions are processed accurately, in a timely manner, and in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles;
** Conducts reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities;
** Lease with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained;
** Contracts outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary;
** Performs month-end closing procedures, including overhead allocations, account reconciliations, and updating schedules;
** Corresponds with other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken;
** Maintains constant liaison with the company`s Cash Desk Manager, so as to ensure that the correct levels of cash reserves and availability are upheld and to make sure accurate and timely reporting of relevant data;
** Ensures accurate tracking of gaming revenues; monitors expenses; and implement internal controls;
** Protects operations by keeping financial information confidential;
** Respects the directives and gives regular feedback to the Management of the CIB with regard to his/her responsibilities;

Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience required for this Position:

** Degree in Finance or a related field;
** Experience in an operation of casino accounting/financial system; or five years of experience in a dynamic chief accountant role;
** Knowledge of relevant legislation, guidelines and industry best practice, with particular focus on Anti-Money Laundering regulations and the Gambling Policies;
** Knowledge of English Language;
** Ability to write detailed audit reports and business correspondence;
** Ability to interpret complex financial data, spot trends, and identify risks or irregularities quickly.
** Experience in coordinating audit activities and managing reporting, budget development and analysis, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and accounting for investments;
** Excellent data entry skills;
** Excellent record keeping and organizational skills;
** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
** Proficiency with accounting software;
** Highly responsible and attentive to details;
