The National Erasmus+ Office in Georgia is seeking a proactive and dedicated Project Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in promoting the Erasmus+ programme and supporting its implementation in Georgia.

The Erasmus+ National Office provides information on Erasmus+ activities open to participation in the country, including higher education, vocational training, youth, and sport.

Key Responsibilities:

** Promote Erasmus+ programme awareness through various channels and outreach activities.
** Respond to beneficiary inquiries and provide consulting support.
** Plan and organize NEO events, including coordinating and managing meetings.
** Communicate with potential participants and stakeholders to facilitate engagement.
** Contribute to NEO publications and content creation for outreach purposes.
** Deliver info sessions and webinars to diverse audiences.
** Engage in surveys, analyze data, and draft comprehensive reports.
** Participate in meetings, prepare minutes, and support monitoring and reporting processes.
** Assist the NEO coordinator in other tasks related to Erasmus+ programme implementation.

Candidate Requirements:

** Excellent planning and organizational skills.
** Self-starter with initiative and motivation to learn.
** Proficiency in English (working level).
** Advanced knowledge of Georgian (both written and verbal).
** Strong academic writing skills and ability to prepare professional documents.
** Ability to work with quantitative data.
** Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data processing tools.
** Experience working with raw data, with the ability to analyze and interpret information.
** Sense of responsibility, punctuality, and attention to detail.
** Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a dynamic team.
** Willingness to travel occasionally as required.
** At least two years of relevant experience.

The ideal candidate should communicate effectively, demonstrating politeness, diplomacy, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the educational sector and strong knowledge of the education system.
Higher education in relevant fields (bachelor`s degree or equivalent) is required.

Selection Process and Timeline:

Evaluation will be completed by the end of September 2025. The process will include a written assignment and a verbal interview.

Salary: The monthly salary for this position is 2, 000 GEL after taxes.
