Your Experience and Skills Include:
** Desirable work experience as a receptionist
** Attentiveness and patience for customers
** Sense of responsibility and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
** Multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
** Fluency in English
What You Will Be Doing:
** implementing check-in and check-out procedures for guests, solving their problems during their stay in the hotel
** filling out the conversion form and conducting visual inspection of received bills when receiving foreign currency;
** accepting and at the end of the working day handing over the cash register to the next shift;
** finding information about planned or ongoing events, conferences and discounts at the hotel;
** taking proper actions in case of an emergency;
