Smart Solutions is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Regional Manager (pharmaceutical company).
Regions: Shida Kartli, Imereti, Samegrelo, Adjara
Key Responsibilities:
** Ensure compliance with internal and external standards by medical representatives.
** Work with key clients to promote company products.
** Analyze team performance, identify risks, propose solutions, and report to management.
Requirements:
** Higher medical education.
** At least 2 years of experience as a Regional Manager in a pharmaceutical company.
** Experience managing at least 5 medical representatives.
** Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical market.
** Solid understanding of effective visit structure, coaching, feedback, and team leadership.
** Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet.
** Experience with internal controls and monitoring.
** Fluent in Russian (English is a plus).
** Valid driver`s license.
** At least one recommendation letter.
