We are looking for a fluent English-speaking individual in Tbilisi to join our team as a Customer Support & Sales Representative.
In this role, you will provide professional, real-time support and assistance to clients primarily via chat and phone, while also supporting sales through effective communication and customer engagement.
This is a full-time, on-site position with a rotating schedule that includes up to 2 night shifts per week, and occasional work on weekends and holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
** Provide fast and friendly support to customers via chat and phone
** Assist users with account-related questions, troubleshooting, and general inquiries
** Offer solutions and guide customers through services and processes
** Recommend appropriate products or services based on customer needs
** Accurately log customer interactions and report technical or recurring issues
** Manage multiple conversations simultaneously in a high-paced environment
** Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective customer support
** Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
Required Skills & Qualifications:
** Fluency in English (spoken and written) - mandatory
** Excellent communication skills, especially over chat and phone
** Strong customer service orientation with a problem-solving attitude
** Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized under pressure
** Basic computer literacy and familiarity with online communication tools
** Team player with a proactive and flexible approach to work
** Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays as needed
** Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required
Work Schedule Details:
** Location: On-site, Tbilisi (office-based) - remote work is not offered!
** Salary: 1500 GEL (on hand)
** Full-time (40 hours/week), 5 working days
** Includes up to 2 night shifts per week
** Weekend and holiday work will be part of the rotating schedule
