Position Overview:
We are currently seeking two driven and enthusiastic individuals for the position of Real Estate Sales Agent. If you are motivated, results-oriented, and eager to build a career in real estate, we would love to hear from you.
Our office is located at: Tbilisi, Al. Kazbegi Ave. N12a, 3rd Floor.
Compensation:
** Fixed salary: 1500 GEL
** Additional Bonuses: Based on performance (commission from sales, which amounts to 1% of the value of the apartment sold from our portfolio)
Working Hours:
** Work schedule: 5/6 day work week
** Daily working hours: max 8 hours
Key Responsibilities:
** Develop and maintain relationships with potential Buyers.
** Provide clients with detailed information about available properties in ongoing development project assigned to you.
** Assist clients through the buying process, ensuring a seamless experience.
** Collaborate with the other team members to achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
Personal Qualities:
** Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly and professionally.
** Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets.
** Punctual and organized with a high level of responsibility.
Professional Experience:
** Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales.
** At least 6 months of experience in the real estate industry.
** Proficient in using office software (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Gmail, MS Office).
** Conversational level of Georgian and English languages.
