We`re looking for a Digital Advertiser to set up, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, and other performance channels. You`ll learn how to turn data into actionable insights and brief designers and editors on eAective creatives. This role is perfect if you have a solid base in paid ads and want to grow your skills in strategy and creative direction.
Job Details:
** Employment Type: Full-time
** Working Hours: Monday to Friday 10 AM - 7 PM
** Salary Range: 2000-4000 GEL net (depending on experience) ** Benefits: Health Insurance
** Location: Chavchavadze avenue, On-site
Your Role:
** Launch and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.)
** Analyze data and make improvements to lead quality and costs
** Research audiences and trends to guide ad angles and messaging ** Brief designers and editors on creative direction
** Track platform updates and share insights with the team · Prepare weekly performance reports with key takeaways
What We`re Looking For:
** 1+ year experience in digital advertising
** Strong analytical skills and eagerness to turn data into strategy ** Good written/spoken English
** Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads ** Basic understanding of ad creative best practices
** Comfortable managing multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
** Scaling paid campaigns profitably and ideally, building high-performing creatives.
Bonus Points For:
** Experience with lead generation campaigns · Knowledge of CRO and landing page testing
** Interest in creative trends and ad research tools (Ad Library, Foreplay)
