As we scale, we`re looking for a Sales Operations Manager to build and lead a high-performance sales infrastructure. If you thrive at the intersection of structure, leadership, and customer-centric thinking and know how to turn insights into impact, this could be the role for you.

What You`ll Own

Sales Team Enablement & Growth

** Onboard and coach new sales reps through a structured 90-day ramp-up program
** Lead real-time and async feedback sessions based on actual sales scenarios
** Provide actionable, case-based performance insights and improvement plans
** Track individual progress and develop personalized sales development strategies

Lead Management Oversight

** Monitor all inbound leads to ensure timely, consistent follow-ups
** Audit quotes, lead-to-job workflows, and sales pipeline health
** Ensure alignment with lead outreach best practices and conversion goals
** Track and report on lead status across the team (answered, pending, follow-ups)

Sales Reporting & Analytics

** Deliver weekly and monthly dashboards (booking rates, lead response times, etc.)
** Generate qualitative and quantitative insights around Sales team performance
** Partner with leadership to iterate and improve sales strategy and outcomes

Sales Support & Documentation

** Be the go-to resource for sales reps on process, tooling, and cross-functional alignment
** Provide real-time support during weekends and seasonal peaks (4 months/year)
** Own and maintain all Sales SOPs, playbooks, and internal documentation in Notion
** Ensure the sales team has easy access to up-to-date knowledge and tools

You`ll Thrive in This Role If You

** Bring 3-5+ years of experience in sales operations, inside sales, or customer success
** Know how to drive performance without micromanaging
** Excel in fast-paced, ever-evolving environments
** Love building scalable systems and repeatable processes
** Are fluent in English and confident using tools like Google Workspace, Notion, CRM platforms (Salesforce a plus), and Slack

Compensation & Logistics

** Monthly Pay: $1, 000 USD
** Bonus Opportunities tied to performance
** Schedule: Monday-Friday (8-hour shifts); weekends as needed during season
