Account managers are the main point of contact between a company and its clients. The role is to strengthen customer relationships and build them into long-term partnerships that drive business goals for both parties.
Responsibilities:
** Consultation of the clients in German or French languages regarding the product and services that company is providing
** Developing sales strategy
** Meeting daily and monthly targets
Skills & Competencies:
** Call center experience is a must
** Industry experience is a plus
** Stable employment history
** Strong communication skills
** Strong objection handling and convincing skills
** Goal-oriented mindset
** Fluency in German or French
** Availability to start and join immediately (without any notice period)
Work Hours & Benefits:
** On-site; full-time
** Work hours 11:00-20:00 (from monday to friday 5/2)
** Basic salary + commissions
