WeCharge is a Georgian technology company launching soon, offering innovative power bank sharing solutions across Georgia and internationally.
Our mission is to develop seamless, scalable, and efficient backend systems that support accessible and convenient mobile charging for users on the go. As we expand globally, we are looking for a skilled Back-end Developer to design, implement, and optimize our backend infrastructure. This role is essential to ensuring the stability, performance, and security of our platform, enabling a smooth and reliable user experience across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
** Develop Internal Services: Build and maintain internal services using the designated technology stack, with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability.
** Design Service Architecture: Create backend systems that integrate seamlessly with third-party platforms and external services.
** Conduct Code Reviews: Uphold high code quality standards by performing thorough reviews and ensuring adherence to best practices and coding guidelines.
** Participate in Technical Decision-Making: Contribute to solving complex system design challenges and support strategic engineering decisions.
** Engage in Sprint Planning: Collaborate with the team to break down tasks, estimate efforts, and align development with project milestones.
** Collaborate with Engineering Teams: Work closely with software and hardware engineers to ensure seamless integration, enabling efficient and reliable system operations.
Requirement:
** Experience- Minimum of 4+ years developing scalable and reliable backend services. 2+ of Golang dev
** Working Language - Fluency in English (mandatory) and Russian is a plus.
** Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Go.
- In-depth knowledge of common databases and messaging systems such as Linux, Docker, PostgreSQL, Redis" RabbitMQ.
Conditions:
** Workplace: Tbilisi, Kamani Street #1 (Saburtalo). Hybrid or remote work arrangements can be negotiated.
** Type: Full-Time
** Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday
** Monthly salary: 6 000 - 8 000 GEL (NET), depending on the candidate`s experience and qualifications.
