We are looking for an Office Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of our office.

As the first person people meet — whether they`re visitors or colleagues — you`ll play a key role in creating a welcoming, well-organized, and productive environment.

What you will do:

** Welcoming guests.
** Coordinating with the lessor for registration of office and café access badges and providing them to employees.
** Providing daily administrative support to team members.
** Organizing business trips for company employees, including handling visa procedures, booking tickets, and making hotel reservations.
** Coordinate and manage orders and purchases of stationery, food, drinking water, groceries, and other necessary supplies from malls and stores, as needed.
** Manage expense tracking and invoice processing, ensuring proper documentation and systematic filing of contracts, invoices, and other administrative records.
** Conduct regular office walkthroughs to ensure everything is in order and address any issues promptly.
** Communicating office-related updates through internal platforms (e.g., Slack, email).
** Interacting with property management representatives and coordinating specialists of different profiles for repair works when necessary.
** Support facility operations by monitoring office supply inventory and overseeing procurement and maintenance of office equipment and furniture.
** Assisting in organizing internal corporate events.
** Prepare internal reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.
** Processing incoming/outgoing mail and managing courier delivery.
** Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of responsibilities and competence.

Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00 or 10:00-19:00

We expect:

** Full working proficiency in Georgian, Russian, and English.
** 2-3 years of experience in administrative roles.
** Confident PC user (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
** Skilled in coordinating all aspects of business trips, including travel bookings, hotel reservations, and related processes.
** Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
** A team player with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
** Proactive mindset, with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
** Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
** Customer-oriented and collaborative approach.

It will be a plus if you have:

** Experience working in an IT or international company.
** Familiarity with online travel booking platforms, including booking flights, accommodations, and handling visa-related processes.
