As the official distributor of Bioderma, one of the world`s leading dermo-cosmetic brands, we`re offering the opportunity to work with a purpose-driven company in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales operations across Georgia, with a strong focus on the pharmacy channel. This role is responsible for leading a team of Sales Representatives, a Sales Operations Manager, and delivery function, with the goal of increasing sales, strengthening relationships with pharmacy chains, pharmacists, and beauty advisors, and driving market share growth across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

** Strengthen and manage relationships with pharmacy chains and pharmacists, ensuring high visibility and strong brand presence.
** Lead, coach, and develop the sales team, including Sales Representatives and the Sales Operations Executive, to achieve and exceed sales targets.
** Build and execute effective sales strategies tailored to the pharmacy channel, aligned with company objectives.
** Oversee order collection through the pharmacy team and coordinate timely and efficient delivery planning in collaboration with logistics.
** Organize Beauty Advisor activities for pharmacy chains to reinforce brand experience and push-through.
** Monitor sales performance and KPIs; provide regular analysis, reporting, forecast, and actionable insights to senior management
** Collaborate with Marketing, Medical, and Training teams to support product launches, campaigns, and field execution.
** Ensure optimal stock levels and merchandising quality at the pharmacy, including POS materials.
** Manage the collections process, ensuring timely payment follow-up and coordination with the finance team
** Stay ahead of market trends by tracking competitor activities, promotional strategies, and consumer behaviors in the dermo-cosmetic sector.

Requirements:

** Bachelor`s degree in business or a related field
** Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, ideally in dermo-cosmetics, OTC, or pharmacy channels.
** Proven network and established relationships with key pharmacy chains and independent pharmacies across Georgia.
** Fluency in English (written and spoken)
** Willingness to travel frequently within Georgia (including Batumi and Kutaisi)
