Join the official distributor of BIODERMA in Georgia - a part of the French dermo-cosmetics company NAOS! We are currently restructuring and relaunching the Bioderma brand in Georgia, offering a unique opportunity to shape its future and make a lasting impact in the market.
As the official distributor of Bioderma, one of the world`s leading dermo-cosmetic brands, we`re offering the opportunity to work with a purpose-driven company in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
We are currently seeking a Graphic Designer to join our team at the Tbilisi office. As part of our growing organization, you will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content that aligns with our established brand identity and engages a diverse audience through both print and digital platforms. You will work across multiple departments, turning ideas into compelling, on-brand visual assets.
Key Responsibilities:
** Develop and maintain consistent brand visuals across all materials (digital, print, events, etc.) in line with global brand book and identity rules.
** Translate concepts and ideas into clear, visually engaging designs for various mediums such as print, web, e-commerce platforms, and social media channels.
** Collaborate with marketers to deliver final designs that meet project goals
** Design printed materials such as brochures, posters, packaging, and point-of-sale materials.
** Design landing pages, website sliders, banners, and other digital assets.
** Create visual content for social media channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, SEO, and Google AdSense) including static visuals, GIFs, videos and stories.
** Ensure all design work meets deadlines and brand standards in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
** Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or marketing team
** A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative work across digital and print formats
** Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop; bonus: Adobe XD
** Ability to create vector-based designs, custom illustrations, infographics, and branded assets
** Solid understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
** Fluent in English (written and spoken)
** Detail-oriented mindset and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
