Currently FCC is looking for full-time Administration Coordinator providing the business support for our contracted company Philip Morris Georgia (PMG) an affiliate of Philip Morris International Inc. - The world`s leading international tobacco company. The position will be based in PMG Tbilisi office.

Administration Coordinator:

What you will be responsible for:

** Greets, registers, and provides support to visitors (e.g., assigning offices, etc.)
** Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
** Maintains a welcoming, professional reception area which reflects PMI high standards
** Focuses on the customer service as the contact point for all queries and questions, Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
** Business travel support: purchase of air tickets, hotel booking, transfers, mobile roaming support
** Hotel accommodation support for regional employees
** On-site/off-site meetings/dinners arrangement
** Incoming and outgoing correspondence sending, archiving
** office supplies order and control for PMG office
** Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue regular and visitor badges), coordinates reception-related tasks for the onboarding and offboarding processes
** Maintains conference rooms and assist in resolution of booking issues
** Perform other clerical receptionist duties
** Takes ownership for all WX work that is delegated
** Cooperates with all required vendors, landlord (or building management) and internal functions in order to ensure smooth workflow and issues resolving
** Follow the supervisor`s other orders
** Daily office check up
** Performs other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
** Courier services ordering (sending, receiving letters and packages)
** Translation services - link between providers and functions
** Communication related to BD congratulation, as birth, marriage, death notifications

What we are looking for:

** Proficiency in Georgian, English, and Russian.
** Excellent communication skills.
** Intermediate operational knowledge of Microsoft Office
