General Requirements:
** Manages the development and execution of innovative cocktail menus, reflecting seasonal trends and guest preferences.
** Oversees daily bar operations, ensuring seamless service and adherence to hotel standards.
** Trains and develops the bar team, fostering a culture of excellence, knowledge sharing, and guest satisfaction.
** Manages inventory control and cost optimization to adhere to established budgets.
** Works closely with the Assistant FB Manager and FB Manager to ensure a consistent guest experience across the department.
** Ensures unwavering commitment to Marriott`s brand standards and service excellence.
Qualifications:
** Experience in a high-volume Bar, preferably within a luxury hotel environment.
** Demonstrated expertise in mixology, with a strong understanding of classical cocktails and an innovative approach to creating new beverages.
** Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
** Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
** A genuine passion for the hospitality industry and creating memorable experiences for guests.
** Understanding of international business etiquette and cultural sensitivities.
