Main duties:
** Design, describe, and manage solutions based on specific business requirements
** Align proposed solutions with the corporate environment and ensure they meet all stakeholders` expectations
** Analyze both functional and non-functional requirements (e.g. security, performance, maintainability, scalability, usability, and reliability) to ensure successful product development
** Analyze and document business and technical requirements
** Prioritize initiatives according to business needs and goals
** Create and validate solution prototypes
** Oversee the solution development process and ensure alignment with initial requirements
** Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas, progress, and findings
** Communicate insights and plans effectively with cross-functional teams and management
** Supervise user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure quality and usability
** Monitor project deliverables and ensure timely execution
** Provide ongoing support to project management throughout the project lifecycle
Main Requirements:
** Bachelor`s degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent professional experience
** A minimum of 3 years` experience in business analysis or a related field
** Knowledge of Alta Software core banking products will be considered an advantage
** Prior experience with mobile or internet banking products will be considered an asset
** Excellent documentation skills
** Fluency in English (spoken and written)
