We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Influencer Marketing Manager to identify, engage, and manage relationships with content creators, streamers, and community leaders across platforms like Twitch, X (formerly Twitter), YouTube, and Discord. You`ll play a key role in expanding our brand presence and driving traffic and conversions through influencer-led campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
** Identify and Recruit Influencers: Research and source suitable streamers, X influencers, and active Discord community leaders in crypto, iGaming, and Gen Z spaces.
** Outreach and Relationship Management: Initiate conversations, pitch our brand, and build strong, long-term relationships with influencers and community admins.
** Negotiate and Finalize Deals: Handle all aspects of negotiation including compensation, deliverables, timelines, and exclusivity terms.
** Campaign Planning & Execution: Plan and coordinate influencer campaigns that align with marketing goals. Manage briefs, track deliverables, and ensure timely execution.
** Monitor and Optimize: Analyze performance metrics from each campaign (reach, engagement, conversions). Provide actionable insights and improve future strategies.
** Reporting: Create clear post-campaign reports with data-driven results and ROI analysis.
Qualifications:
** Proven experience in influencer marketing, preferably within crypto, betting, or gaming.
** Strong knowledge of streaming platforms (especially Twitch), X, and Discord.
** Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
** Ability to manage multiple campaigns and partnerships simultaneously.
** Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
** Passion or familiarity with the crypto, gambling, or Web3 space is a strong plus.
