To support its strong business growth, PricewaterhouseCoopers Georgia LLC is currently looking for individuals with legal or financial background to join its Transfer Pricing business unit at Tax & Legal Service department.
Major responsibilities:
As an Senior Associate, you`ll work as part of a its Transfer Pricing team helping our clients to solve their complex business and tax issues.
Compliance/Consultancy:
** Dealing with the client related tax, international tax and transfer pricing issues;
** Be involved in team discussions on various tax and transfer pricing related matters;
** Draft routine compliance letters and relatively straightforward consultancy letters for the clients.
** Review of tax accounting and computations of tax liabilities along with the supporting documentations (e.g. legal agreements);
** Respond effectively to the diverse perspectives, needs, and feelings of others.
** Use a broad range of tools, methodologies and techniques to generate new ideas and solve problems.
** Use critical thinking to break down complex concepts.
** Understand the broader objectives of your project or role and how your work fits into the overall strategy.
** Develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing.
** Use reflection to develop self awareness, enhance strengths and address development areas.
** Interpret data to inform insights and recommendations.
** Uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards (e.g. refer to specific PwC tax and audit guidance), the Firm`s code of conduct, and independence requirements.
Required skills/qualifications:
** Graduate with a degree in law, economics or business administration;
** Minimum 1 year of experience in transfer pricing consulting or in-house transfer pricing teams. Strong writing and research skills;
** Strong working knowledge of English;
** Interest in developing his/her career in taxation;
** Analytical skills and good attention to details are required;
** Self-motivation, ability to work under pressure;
** Self-discipline, accuracy and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines;
** Capable of working in a team environment;
** Computer literacy.
