About Us:

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team.
Location: Batumi/Tbilisi
Work Schedule: Standard (40 hours a week)
Key Responsibilities:
** Engage in daily communication with leads from various target countries, primarily through remote/online channels;
** Drive sales performance by achieving and exceeding sales targets;
** Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors;
** Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and conversion;
** Ensure outstanding customer service and client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Requirements:
** Experience in real estate sales is preferred but not mandatory;
** Strong time management and organizational skills;
** Excellent negotiation and communication abilities;
** Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment;
** Fluency in at least one of the following languages: German, Turkish, Arabic, Hindi, or Chinese (English & Russian alone are not sufficient; candidates must be bilingual with one of the mentioned languages).
