We`re hiring a Compliance Manager to help us build the future of iGaming.

Requirements

** At least 5 years of work experience in compliance in iGaming industry, preferably platform or aggregator;
** Good knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements;
** High proficiency in English, knowledge of other language will be a plus;
** Ability to build and maintain excellent relationships both with internal

Responsibilities

** Draft, handle, prepare, and follow up on licensing applications for the obtainment of new licenses and or license renewals for various markets;
** Establish and maintain a report with regulators acting as the main point of contact in various countries to ensure that good relations are fostered;
** Provide general legal compliance advice on all aspects relating to remote gaming legislation in a number of jurisdictions;
** Provide advice and review business contracts wherever required for compliance and licensing matters;
** Draft, review, and approve all customer-facing content on the websites and games including terms and conditions, privacy policy, responsible gaming pages, promotions to ensure compliance with licensing conditions and self-regulation;
** Together with the Legal Department create, review and update internal company policies for all departments on matters which affect licensing and compliance including but not limited to, advertising and marketing, IT policies, Fraud policies, Responsible Gaming Policies;
** Coordinate, manage and keep up-to-date the KYC process of clients or vendors, as well as company`s KYC documents needed for third parties;
** Be engaged in and coordinate audit and certification of the company`s software for the jurisdictions, in accordance with the business needs
