We are now actively hiring the Corporate Sales Manager, Payment Solutions, who will play a pivotal role in the expansion of our corporate sales and portfolio, proactively achieve our ambitious sales targets, advise on corporate business improvements and ensure the highest NPS of our target segment. This position requires a high level of Service Plus attitude, great communication personality, assertive presentation and persuasion abilities, openness, agility to the best service and innovation, and strong decision-making and leadership skills.

What will you do?

To achieve the highest corporate sales targets and expand the corporate business portfolio:

** Develop, execute and constantly improve Bank`s corporate sales and business strategy
** Perfectly know, advertise, promote and sale Bank`s Checkout Payment Collection Services to the corporate customers
** Identify the target segment of potential corporate customers, explore their specific requirements, and customize and successfully offer Paysera Checkout Payment Collection Services, as well as open accounts for international transfers and conversions.
** Uninterruptedly communicate with existing and potential corporate customers through all
possible communication channels (calls, electronic correspondence, social channels)
** Professionally present Paysera offer to the corporate customers, tailormade to their particular preferences and requirements
** Be the key contact person for the corporate clients, check and analyze the feedback
** Achieve the highest NPS and satisfaction rate by monitoring service quality
** Keep abreast, constantly monitor and analyze market and competitor trends
** Monitor and report the corporate sales target achievement status
** Actively liaise with the internal stakeholders for capitalizing on business / corporate sales milestones and targets achievements
** Proactively solve product related issues
** Constantly recommend the best possible improvements and innovations to corporate business / sales strategy to Bank`s leadership
** Collaborate with marketing and tech teams

If you have:

** Strong understanding of e-Commerce environment, corporate customers preferences and advanced sales techniques
** Proven experience (at least 2 years) in corporate sales, and a very good network of corporate customers. Experience of working with e-Commerce would be an advantage.
** Proven flexibility and aspiration to match the customers` preferences
** Proven ability to professionally communicate with corporate customers and present the Bank
** Ability and good track record of handling complex and difficult questions
** Aspiration to innovate to stay on the top
** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
** Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking with a big picture in mind
** Fluent in English and Georgian, both written and spoken
** Higher education
