Key Responsibilities:
** Recruit, onboard, and manage new affiliates and partners globally
** Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value affiliates
** Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance metrics, and optimize campaigns for ROI
** Negotiate commission structures and promotional deals with affiliates
** Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to provide affiliates with up-to-date materials
** Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within the affiliate channel
** Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies in both crypto and traditional iGaming sectors
** Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and regulatory standards
Requirements:
** Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager in the iGaming or crypto industry
** Strong network of affiliate contacts in relevant verticals
** Understanding of crypto products, blockchain technology, and player behavior in crypto casinos
** Data-driven mindset and experience with affiliate platforms.
** Excellent negotiation and communication skills
** Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
** Fluent in English
