We`re looking for a Finance Manager to lead the financial operations of our company in Georgia. You`ll own the financial performance of the business, ensuring sound fiscal management, strategic planning, and operational excellence. You`ll oversee the Accounting team, guiding them to maintain accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all financial processes.

** The monthly gross salary is 5200 GEL + Biannual bonuses based on performance.
** Probation period: 6 months.

About the role
This is a leadership role that combines hands-on financial management with cross-functional collaboration and strategic input.
Your daily adventures will include:
** Take full ownership of the company`s financial performance—monitor, analyze, and report on key metrics, P&L, cash flow, and budget adherence.
** Lead the Accounting team, ensuring robust processes, effective internal controls, and alignment with local legislation and international standards (IFRS).
** Oversee all accounting functions, including revenue recognition, expense management, payroll, bank transactions, and reconciliations.
** Ensure compliance with Georgian tax legislation; manage VAT, income tax reporting, and liaise with rs.ge, tax authorities, banks, and auditors.
** Coordinate and review the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports—including financial statements, forecasts, and performance dashboards.
** Support strategic planning and business decisions by providing data-driven insights, scenario modeling, and risk analysis.
** Lead cost control initiatives and support operational teams with accurate budgeting, cost allocation, and efficiency tracking.
** Drive improvements in financial systems, tools, and workflows through automation and best practices.
** Manage inventory and fixed asset controls, lead stocktakes, and ensure integrity of supporting documentation.
** Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing and tax filing processes by maintaining internal templates, checklists, and review procedures.
** Act as a business partner to cross-functional teams, ensuring finance is embedded into operational planning and project execution.

About you:
** 5+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
** Strong understanding of IFRS, Georgian tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
** Proven ability to lead teams and manage end-to-end accounting operations.
** Experience working with ERP/accounting software and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
** Analytical thinker with a strategic mindset and strong business acumen.
** Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
** Familiarity to Xero accounting software is a plus.
** Fluency in Georgian and English.
