About the profile
Our company is rapidly growing and now we are looking for a Junior SAP Basis Engineer to join our team of professionals. As a Junior SAP Basis Engineer you will be expected to support a variety of SAP environments working directly with the client and other MIGx staff to maintain and support the client`s landscapes.
Responsibilities:
** The responsibilities include interacting with a third party to configure, monitor, tune, and troubleshoot the full SAP technical landscape (S/4HANA, Fiori, SAP PO, SolMan, ADS, Cloud Connector) on an ongoing basis.
** The communication between the various SAP specialists, key users, service providers and hosting provider in the SAP Basis area
** Working on SAP incidents with ServiceNow
** Troubleshoot complex issues L3 support
Requirements - Must have:
** 1-2 years in SAP Basis or IT support roles
** Basic ABAP stack administration: transports (STMS), client imports, job scheduling, printer/spool support
** Monitoring with SAP Solution Manager (system health, alerts)
** Handling L1-L2 tickets in ServiceNow
** Routine system refreshes, user administration, transport troubleshooting
** Good verbal/written communication
** Willingness to learn, ask questions, and follow documented procedures
** English level B1 minimum
Requirements - Nice to have
** Familiarity with Solution Manager ChaRM
** Hands-on experience working with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.

** English B1 minimum
