We`re looking for a self-driven and confident Insurance Sales Agent to join our team. This role involves outbound cold calling to educate prospects and close sales over the phone.
Location: Remote | Commission-Based | Full-Time 5:00 pm - 3:00 am
Responsibilities:
** Make outbound cold calls to potential clients
** Generating sales over the phone by contacting prospects
** Explain our products clearly and professionally
** Handle objections and close sales effectively
** Follow up with leads and manage pipeline using CRM
** Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and sales targets
Requirements:
** English language proficiency C1-C2, work experience with native speakers is a plus.
** Proven experience in cold calling or phone sales, telesales.
** Excellent communication and persuasion skills
** Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented
** Basic tech skills (CRM, phone systems, etc.)
