Why We Need You
We are seeking a talented and self-driven Mid-Level Graphic Designer to join our growing creative team. In this role, you will take ownership of various visual design projects, contributing to the development and execution of brand materials across digital platforms. You`ll collaborate with senior designers and marketing teams, while also assisting and guiding junior creatives when needed.
What You`ll Be Doing
** Create visually engaging assets for web, social media, and digital marketing campaigns
** Collaborate with senior designers on large-scale campaigns and creative concepts
** Ensure all deliverables align with brand guidelines and visual consistency
** Interpret design briefs and translate them into high-quality visual solutions
** Provide guidance and feedback to junior designers when appropriate
** Manage multiple design projects while meeting tight deadlines
** Organize and maintain design files and documentation
** Stay updated on design trends and apply fresh ideas in execution
What You Bring to the Team
** Bachelor`s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
** 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design
** Strong portfolio demonstrating multi-platform design work
** Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
** Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, or other UI/UX tools is a plus
** Excellent visual, typographic, and layout skills
** Good communication and time management abilities
** Experience collaborating in a team setting
** Willingness to support and mentor junior designers
** Motion graphics or video editing knowledge is a bonus
