Why We Need You
We are looking for an experienced and visionary Lead Graphic Designer to guide our creative team and elevate the visual identity of our brand. In this role, you will not only contribute to the creative strategy but also take a hands-on approach to design execution.
As a creative leader, you will set the standard by producing high-quality design work yourself, while also guiding and managing a team of designers to maintain consistency, creativity, and executional excellence.
You will be instrumental in shaping how our brand is experienced across platforms and campaigns and ensure that design execution aligns with business goals.
What You`ll Be Doing
** Lead and manage a team of graphic designers (senior, mid-level, and junior) across multiple projects
** Set creative direction and uphold the brand`s visual identity across all touchpoints
** Oversee design execution for high-impact marketing campaigns, product visuals, and digital experiences
** Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and UX/UI teams to align design strategy with business objectives
** Review, critique, and approve design work to ensure quality, clarity, and brand consistency
** Provide regular coaching and mentorship to the design team; identify skill gaps and growth opportunities
** Establish and refine workflows, tools, and design standards to improve team efficiency
** Participate in hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews of design team members
** Stay ahead of design and industry trends to bring innovative ideas to the table
What You Bring to the Team
** Bachelor`s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
** 6+ years of professional design experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role
** Strong portfolio demonstrating high-level brand design, campaign leadership, and design systems
** Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and working knowledge of Figma or similar tools
** Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and cross-platform design principles
** Proven ability to manage timelines, delegate tasks, and drive multiple projects to completion
** Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
** Experience in mentoring and developing designers at various levels
** Familiarity with motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design is a plus
** Knowledge of UI/UX and web design principles is an advantage
