We are currently hiring for the following position: AP Macroeconomics/Microeconomics Teacher

Education and Certification:

** Degree in Economics, Business, Public Policy, or a related field
** Valid teaching certification/license in Economics or Social Studies
** English Proficiency: Minimum B2 level, preferably C1

Experience:

** High school teaching experience in Economics (AP Microeconomics and AP Macroeconomics experience preferred)
** Strong understanding of key topics in both microeconomics and macroeconomics
** Experience preparing students for the AP Microeconomics and AP Macroeconomics exams

Knowledge and Skills:

** Comprehensive knowledge of economic theories, models, and their real-world applications
** Proficiency in economic graph interpretation, modeling, and data analysis
** Familiarity with AP course frameworks and exam expectations
** Ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs
** Readiness to work within structured school environments while aligning with administrative procedures and institutional quality standards.
** Ability to collaborate with school administration to support program goals and maintain consistency in delivery.
** Flexibility in creating an inclusive, adaptive learning environment that meets the needs of diverse learners.
** Willingness to integrate school-provided training materials into instruction and apply ongoing professional development in classroom practice.

Professional Responsibilities:

** Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for both AP Microeconomics and AP Macroeconomics
** Prepare students through:
** Exam-style questions and practice essays
** Graph analysis and economic simulations
** Case studies, real-world applications, and interactive learning activities
** Maintain consistent communication with students, families, and school leadership
** attending important trainings
** Contribute to school-wide events, faculty meetings, and collaborative planning
** Monitor and assess student progress through tests, projects, and presentations
