Next Gen Technology is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Senior Graphic Designer.
Location: Tbilisi, Georgia

Reports To: UXUI Senior Manager
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead and execute high-quality visual designs across multiple platforms. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the brand`s visual identity, mentoring junior designers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and impactful designs.
Key Responsibilities:
** Lead the creation of compelling visual assets for digital and print media, including marketing campaigns, website graphics, social media, branding materials, and advertisements.
** Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all materials.
** Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, developers, and marketing teams to create user-friendly and engaging designs.
** Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers, offering feedback and guidance to enhance their skills.
** Oversee the production process, ensuring high-quality design output and meeting project deadlines.
** Stay updated on design trends, tools, and industry best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.
** Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet business objectives.
** Work with external vendors, printers, and agencies when necessary to produce marketing materials.
Qualifications & Skills:
** Bachelor`s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
** 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
** Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator).
** Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and composition.
** Experience with motion graphics, video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro), or 3D design is a plus.
** Knowledge of UI/UX principles and design tools like Figma or Sketch is an advantage.
** Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
** Ability to take initiative, work independently, and handle tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
** Experience working in a fast-paced corporate or agency environment.
** Familiarity with web design principles, HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
** Previous experience mentoring or leading a design team.
