Riviera Group LLC is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Sales Manager in tourism (Tour Operator in Georgia).
We are inviting an energetic and experienced manager to work in our successful DMC company with a B2B focus. Riviera Group LLC has been welcoming foreign guests to Georgia since 2013. If you have a passion for travel, a high level of organizational skills, customer service skills, and are ready to become part of our friendly team, then this is just for you!
Main responsibilities:
** Advising clients about our travel offers and services
** Organization and booking of tours, hotels, air tickets, and other travel services
** Organization of individual trips in accordance with the requests and needs of clients
** Document management and record keeping within the office
** Providing a high level of service to clients and resolving emerging issues
** Collaboration with service providers and partners to ensure the quality of services provided
** Searching for new opportunities to attract clients and develop business
Requirements:
** Experience in the tourism industry or customer service would be a plus.
** Knowledge of the main tourist destinations and attractions of Georgia.
** Excellent communication skills in Russian (good knowledge of Georgian or English in addition to Russian is required).
** Ability to work effectively in a team.
** Responsibility, organization, and attention to detail.
** Willingness to have a flexible work schedule.
** Confident knowledge of the office software package, and instant messengers (Whatsapp, Viber, Telegram), you are not afraid of learning and working with new applications.
** Excellent communication skills and love of communication.
