Job Description for Administrative Assistant:
Responsibilities:
** Identifying and procuring office supplies and products, and coordinating with the purchasing department.
** Editing and sharing the monthly payroll with the finance department.
** Ensuring full compliance with Georgian labor safety regulations and recommendations.
** Managing service contracts and employment contracts.
** Tracking and recording employee vacations, days off, and sick leave.
** Keeping accurate records of employees` working days and hours.
** Maintaining continuous communication with the legal department.
** Organizing team-building activities and procuring necessary inventory (with assistance from the purchasing department).
** Addressing requests from the employees regarding days off, tardiness, and early departures.
** Ordering office supplies and uploading related invoices.
** Overseeing the general well-being and maintenance of the office.
** Booking tickets and making hotel reservations for business trips.
Requirements:
** Proficient in English, at least at a B2 level.
** A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
** Experience working with Jira and Confluence platforms.
